A preferred name, broad treatment interest, travel window, and language request are normally enough to begin a booking conversation. Do not include a passport number, payment-card details, a full medical history, or intimate photographs in this initial draft.

If medical information is later needed, ask who will receive it, which channel to use, how it will be retained, and how to request correction or deletion where applicable. The website’s local draft behavior does not describe or certify the clinic’s separate record-handling practices.
