A clinic may have several physicians with different training and clinical interests. Ask who will perform your consultation, who will perform each part of treatment, and whether that person will be available for review before you leave Jeju. The physician you read about online is not automatically the physician assigned to your appointment.
Clinical interests describe areas of practice. They do not establish board certification in dermatology or plastic surgery. Ask about the clinician’s Korean license, relevant specialty training, and experience with the exact procedure and your skin concerns.

Korean qualifications also should not be interpreted as U.S. medical licensure or certification by an American specialty board.
